RESOLUTION APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE STOCKTON PORT
COMMISSION
On January 15, 202 4, one vacancy will exist on the Stockton Port Commi ssion due to the term expiration of Commissioner R. Jay Allen; and
The term for this position will begin January 16, 202 4 and end January 15, 2028; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STOCKTON, AS FOLLOWS:
1. The City Council hereby appoints ___________ to fill one upcoming vacancy on the Stockton Port Commission, for terms commencing January 16, 2024, and ending January 15, 2028.
