Ojoincluding rights, interests, and certain obligations of Ojo in its ongoing customer agreements. Over the past year, we have worked together to integrate our businesses, and are pleased to announce that Ojo will be formally merged into Convergint on January 1, 2024. Through this merger, Convergint will leverage the expertise Ojo brings to further our goal of delivering results for our customers through unparalleled service. This letter serves as notice of the vesting of any active agreements between your company and Ojoeffective January 1, 2024. In consideration of all rights and privileges granted under said agreement(s), Convergint agrees to be bound in the same manner to which Ojo was so bound.Please note that you will continue to work with the same purchasing, contracting, and service colleagues that you have in the past. The only changes you will notice after January 1, 2024, will be administrative in nature, as invoices will be submitted under the Convergint name. The remit to address (for mail) and bank ACH account number will remain the same for now.
