Approve Motion 2023-08-24-0601-01 amending Motion 2023-08-24-0601 to include the Sierra Club's written recommendations

Yes: Anne Mallett, Waqar Rizvi, and Gurneel Boparai.
No: Brenda Jones, Greg Thompson, Rajan Nathaniel , and Terry Hull.
Approve Motion 2023-08-24-0601 establishing a three-member ad hoc committee compromised of Vice Chair Nathaniel, Commissioner Boparai, Commissioner Hull, with Chair Rizvi as an alternate, to work on the formulation of an industrial warehouse ordinance for the purpose of streamlining and facilitating future discussion before the full Commission

Vote: Motion carried 7-0
