STOCKTON CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE AVA COMMUNITY ENERGY ADVISORY COMMITTEE The Community Advisory Committee (CAC) consists of twelve members (ten appointed by the Board of Directors to represent five service area regions, and two At Large members appointed by the Alameda County Mayors' Conference) plus five Alternates. There is currently one vacancy; and The term for this position will begin immediately and end December 31, 2025; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STOCKTON, AS FOLLOWS:
1. The City Council hereby appoints Davis Harper to the AVA Community Energy Advisory Committee, for a term effective immediately, and ending on December 31, 2025.
