Dear Resident,
This notice is being sent to inform you that the property generally bounded by PFC Jesse Mizener Street, State Route 99 West Frontage Road, Holman Road, and Eight Mile Road is proposing to change zoning and general plan designations to facilitate single family residential homesites south of Bear Creek and to facilitate the relocation of a multi-family residential site to north of Bear Creek. Said property will also be subject to a new tentative subdivision map.
As part of the change to the zoning and general plan designations as well as the new tentative subdivision map, this notice is being sent to inform you of a meeting that will take place on WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 17 from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm (Pacific Time) at the Micke Grove Park Auditorium to answer any question you may have about the proposed project.
