RESOLUTION APPOINTING ONE COMMISSIONER TO THE SAN JOAQUIN REGIONAL TRANSIT DISTRICT COMMISSION As of June 30, 2024, one vacancy will exist on the San Joaquin Regional Transit District due to the expiration of Commissioner Gary Giovanetti’s term; and The term for this position will begin July 1, 2024 and end June 30, 2028; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STOCKTON, AS FOLLOWS:
The City Council hereby reappoints Gary Giovanetti to fill one vacancy on the San Joaquin Regional Transit District Commission, for a term commencing June 30, 2024, and ending July 1, 2028.
