This Amendment Number 3 to the above referenced Agreement is entered into on ______ between the City of Stockton ("City") and Bay Alarm Company "Contractor".
RECITALS
Section 3, Schedule and Term, states the contract may be extended as otherwise mutually agreed to in a written amendment; and
The City and Contractor executed the first Contract Change Order, dated December 17, 2020, to remove several Municipal Utilities Department wells from the original scope of work, reducing the total contract amount by $28,700; and
The City and Contractor executed the second Contract Change Order, dated August 19, 2022, to increase the
upgrades and expansions contingency budget by $200,000; and The City needs to renew the term specified in Section 3 of the Contract for Services to maintain critical, uninterrupted security monitoring of the City's facilities.
Now therefore, the City and the Contractor mutually agree as follows:
1.The termination date in Section 3 of the Contract for Services is amended to: "June 30, 2027"
2.The maximum not to exceed amount to be paid to the Contractor in Section 2, Compensation, of the Contract for Services shall be amended to $1,365,041.16. The total Compensation to be paid to the Contractor, including all Contract Change Orders and Contract extensions, shall not exceed $2,635,003.76.
All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged and remain in full force and effect unless modified by a written amendment signed by both parties.
