STANDARD AGREEMENT AMENDMENT
This Amendment Number ____6___ to the above referenced Contract, is entered into on _______________ 2024, between the City of Stockton (City) and Convergint Technologies, LLC (Consultant) for the Security and Traffic Video Monitoring System, Project No. SEB-21-001.
RECITALS
Section 1, Amendment Term, states this Agreement shall remain in effect, unless terminated earlier by the City.
City has the option to extend the term of this Agreement in writing and signed by both parties; and The City needs to increase the Compensation, not to exceed amount in Section 3 for the Security and Traffic Video Monitoring System Agreement by $222,621.69, to pay the Consultant for additional services; and Now therefore, the City and the Consultant mutually agree as follows:
The termination date in Section 1, of the Agreement is amended to August 31, 2025, at agreement rates ($2 , and terms .
The total maximum compensation to be paid to the Contractor under this Agreement shall not exceed $1,124,875.48.
All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged and remain in full force and effect unless modified by a written amendment signed by both parties.
