STOCKTON CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION APPROVING NOTICE OF EXEMPTION NO. NOE23-23 FOR THE CENTER STREET WEIR REPAIR, PROJECT NO. WT19008 The project will repair a leak situated where the weir attaches to the Stockton Channel Sea Wall located at the northwest corner of Weber Avenue and Center Street; and The project is in conformance with the City’s General Plan, pursuant to California Government Code, section 65402, and is categorically exempt from the requirements of CEQA as specified under section 15301(c) of the CEQA Guidelines, because this is a discretionary project under the City’s jurisdiction and qualifies as a project which has been determined to not have a significant effect on the environment; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STOCKTON, AS FOLLOWS:
The City Council approves the filing of Notice of Exemption No. NOE23-23 under CEQA for the Center Street Weir Repair, Project No. WD19008, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 1 and incorporated by this reference.
The City Manager is hereby authorized to take whatever actions are necessary and appropriate to carry out the purpose and intent of this Resolution.
