Resolution 2024-10-30-0301
approving the recommended final adjustments to the American Rescue Plan Act Programs and Projects:
1. Allocating $2,000,000 to support Banner Island Ballpark upgrades;
2. Allocating $2,558,000 to purchase and install four emergency generators for New City Hall;
3. Increasing the allocation for the Animal Shelter Facilities Upgrade project by $462,072; and
4. Allocating $500,000 to the Northeast Stockton Library and Community Center project.
Authorizing the City Manager to take necessary and appropriate actions to carry out the purpose and intent of this resolution.
