CITY OF STOCKTON
AGREEMENT AMENDMENT
This Amendment Number _____2____ to the above referenced Agreement is entered into on between the City of Stockton (“City”) and Visionary Home Builders of California, Inc., through Villla D’ Flore LLC (“Developer”).
RECITALS
Due to final project costs, the amount of Homeless Housing, Assistance, and Prevention (HHAP) Program Funds must be increased by four hundred seven thousand, five hundred dollars ($407,500) and shall now be $2,407,500. Accordingly, the total Funds, as that term is defined in the Agreement, will also increase, for a new Funds total of $6,479,780.
Now therefore, the City and Developer mutually agree as follows:
1. “HHAP Funds,” as defined in Recital E of the Agreement, shall now be $2,407,500. Any reference to HHAP Funds in the Grant Documents shall refer to this new amount.
2. “
Funds,” as defined in Recital E of the Agreement, shall now be $6,479,780. Any reference to the Funds in the Grant Documents shall refer to this new amount.
