RESOLUTION TO CREATE A NEW CLASSIFIED/REPRESENTED CLASS SPECIFICATION OF ANIMAL SERVICES MANAGER FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND APPROVE THE PROPOSED SALARY RANGE It is necessary to establish a new classification of Animal Services Manager to provide oversight of the Police Department’s Animal Services division; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STOCKTON, AS FOLLOWS:
1. The new classified/represented class specification of Animal Services Manager is hereby created with the salary approved as follows:

3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to take whatever actions are necessary and appropriate to carry out the purpose and intent of this Resolution.
