STANDARD AGREEMENT AMENDMENT

is Amendment Number ___ 1__ to the above referenced Agreement is entered into on ________________ between the City of Stockton (“City”) and Hill’s Pet Nutrition Sales, Inc. “Contractor”.
RECITALS
Articles of Agreement, Appendix A, states no modificati on, deletion or addition to these Conditions shall be binding on Hill’s Pet Nutrition unless expressly approved in writing by Hill’s Pet Nutrition.
The City needs to increase the Compensation, Not to Exceed amount in the Hill’s Pet Nutrition Sales, Inc. Shelter Agreement based on original one year term with an initial two one-year terms of $90,000 for the first year to an addition $195,000 to pay for the additional two one year terms.
The City needs to extend the original end date of the Si ngle Available Source from the initial November 1, 2026 to January 10, 2027.
Now therefore, the City and the Contractor mutually agree as follows:
1.The maximum not to exceed amount to be paid to the Contractor, including if authorized, will now read as follows:
Initial Term the maximum not to exceed amount is $90,000 Extended Term the maximum not to exceed amount is $195,000 Total maximum compensation to be paid to the Contractor under this Agreement for the initial term and the extended term shall not exceed $285,000
