CITY OF STOCKTON
STANDARD AGREEMENT
1. This Agreement is entered into between the City of Stockton ("City") and Attachment A
Agreement Number:
Tactical Night Vision Company (TNVC) ("Contractor") to provide Night Vision Goggles as set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.
2. The term of this Agreement is as follows, unless amended as described in Exhibit I and Exhibit C section 8:
Commences on: April 1, 2025 Terminates on: April 1, 2026
3. The maximum not to exceed amount to be paid to Contractor for the term of this Agreement, including if authorized, reimbursement of expenses, is: $1584,865 I
4. The complete Agreement consists of all the following Agreement documents which by reference are incorporated and made a part of this Agreement. The parties agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
