Project Description/Location: The City of Stockton’s Public Works Department will be performing parking lot resurfacing, removal and replacement of sidewalk, curb, gutter, driveway, and installation of signage and striping located at 3636 Alvarado Avenue, Stockton, CA.
DETERMINATION/FINDING OF EXEMPTION
The above-d escribed activity /project is exempt from the environmental assessment requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to the following section(s) of the State CEQA Guidelines (California Code of Regulations, Title 14):
