RECITALS
The A_greomont, oxocutod on August 1, 2019, provided for an Initial term of five yeare, with options to extend for up to five AdditionAI yonrs by mutunl agreement of the parties; and Effective March 18, 2023, the Cooperative Agency and Contractor executed Amendment #1, Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to exercise the option to extend the COOP for an additional one-year period through September 30, 2024; and
The City needs to extend the term agreement and increase the not to exceed amount to continue as-needed purchases.
Now therefore, the City and the Contractor mutually agree as follows:
1. The term of the Agreement is extended through September 30, 2024.
2. The Not to Exceed amount shall be increased to $500,000 All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged and remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the authorized parties have executed this Agreement.
