STOCKTON CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION APPROVING A CHANGE TO THE CITY COUNCIL/SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY/PARKING AUTHORITY CONCURRENT MEETING AGENDA TITLE AND RELATED COUNCIL POLICY 4.02 - AGENDAS City Council Policy Manual Chapter 4.02 – Agendas, establishes policies for Council meeting agendas; and The City Council meets as a concurrent authority with an extended list of authorities included in the agenda title; and The City Council has determined that Council Policy 4.02 is a more efficient way to update concurrent authorities as they are added; and The City Council desires to change the City Council agenda title; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STOCKTON, AS FOLLOWS:
The City Council authorizes the City Council Agenda title to be changed to read, “City Council and Concurrent Authorities;” and Council policy 4.02 to be updated to reflect the title changes as well as list the concurrent authorities as reflected in Exhibit 1 of this Resolution.
