ty has met HHAP Rounds 1 through 4 obligation requirements and is on target to meet Round 5 as well. Expenditure requirements are on target as well for all rounds. A portion of Round 3 funds have been contracted to provide low-barrier shelter operations with St. Mary’s Community Services, and about half of Round 3 and Round 4 funds were obligated from permanent housing funding, including the Youth Set-Aside requirement. Those projects are Calaveras Quarters and Satellite Apartments, contracted through the Delta Community Development Corp.
