The CCC 04/2017 package contains clauses and conditions that may apply to your Agreement. The CCC will be kept on file in a central location and must be renewed every three (3) years and updated as changes occur.

greement Performance Period and Term begin the date the face-page is signed by DBW. DBW will write this date on the blank lines at execution. This Agreement is not binding on either party until approved by DBW. The State will not make payments for any work done or purchases made prior to the Agreement being fully executed.
