This Amendment Number_1 _ to the above referenced Agreement is entered into on _______ between the City of Stockton ("City") and West Coast Arborists, Inc. "Contractor" for Tree Maintenance Services Piggyback, Project No. OM-25-060.
RECITALS
Cooperative/Piggyback Purchase Agreement (COOP), states the Agreement may be amended only by written amendment, consistent with the COOP, signed by Contractor and City, and; The City needs to extend the terms specified in Section 1, Agreement Term, of the COOP to July 31, 2027; and The City needs to increase the not-to-exceed amount in Section 3, Compensation, of the COOP by $740,000 to continue tree maintenance services.
Now, therefore, the City and the Contractor mutually agree as follows:
1. The tennination date in Section1, Agreement Term, of the contract is extended to July 31, 2027.
2. The total not-to-exceed amount in Section 3, Compensation, of the contract is amended to $830,000.
All other tenns and conditions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged and remain in full force and effect unless modified by a written amendment signed by both parties.
