This revision is to include Applicant number two the City of Stockton. This letter constitutes notice of the designation of IIG program funds for the Awar
dees; and fully replaces the letter originally issued on December 2, 2021.

ardees will be able to draw down funds when the Standard Agreement is fully executed, and any general and special conditions have been cleared in writing.
The D
epartment intends to issue a Standard Agreement within 90 days of receipt of the documentation required to execute this contract. An IIG Representative will be in communication with you within a week to discuss and confirm any documents needed.
