STOCKTON CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE Appointments to the Community Development Committee are made by each of the six Councilmembers and the Mayor; and Due to the resignation of the District 5 appointee, Gurneel Boparai, there is currently a vacancy on the Community Development Committee; and Councilmember Villapudua has reviewed applications and is recommending the appointment of Silvia Perez to the Community Development Committee to complete the remaining term; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STOCKTON, AS FOLLOWS:
1. The following applicant is found to meet the criteria for appointment and is authorized to serve as a member of the Community Development Committee Group for a term to commence on appointment and ending January 31, 2027:
Silvia Perez - Appointment by Councilmember Villapudua
2. The City Manager is authorized to take such other actions as are necessary and appropriate to carry out the purpose and intent of this Resolution.
