Pursuant to the Standard Agreement (“Agreement”), which commenced on May 13, 2024, between the City of Stockton and with Sedgwick for General Liability Administration, this letter serves as written notice of termination pursuant to Section 11.1 of Exhibit C (General Terms and Conditions) to the Agreement. The Agreement is terminated effective 35 days after the date of this letter.
