This Amendment Number -�6- (insert amendment#) to the above referenced Agreement is entered into on September 23, 2025: between the City of Stockton ("City") and Evoqua Water Technologies, LLC ("Contractor").
RECITALS
Section 2, Compensation, states total compensation for goods and services shall not exceed $1,929,260.00 unless otheiwise mutually agreed to in a Contract Change Order; and Section 11, Changes to the Agreement, states this Agreement may not be modified except in writing by both parties; and
The City needs to increase the Compensation, Not to Exceed amount in Section 2 of the Standard Agreement by $200,000.00 to pay for the Contractor for the purchase of additional chemicals; and Now therefore, the City and the Contractor mutually agree as follows:
1. The maximum not to exceed amount in Section 2, Compensation, of the Standard Agreement is amended to:
$2,129,260.00
All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged and remain in full force and effect unless modified by a written amendment signed by both parties.
