This Amendment Number 2 to the above referenced Agreement is entered into on ______ between the City of Stockton ("City") and West Coast Arborist, Inc. "Contractor" for Tree Maintenance Services Piggyback, Project No. OM-25-060.
RECITALS
Cooperative/Piggyback Purchase Agreement (COOP), states the Agreement may be amended only by written amendment, consistent with the COOP, signed by Contractor and City, and; The City needs to increase the not-to-exceed amount in Section 3, Compensation, of the COOP by $990,000, to continue tree maintenance services.
Now. therefore, the City and the Contractor mutually agree as follows:
1. The total not-to-exceed amount in Section 3, Compensation, of the contract is amended to $1,820,000.
All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged and remain in full force and effect unless modified by a written amendment signed by both parties.
