STOCKTON CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION ADOPTING A REVISED CITY COUNCIL POLICY CHAPTER 4.02, AGENDAS Chapter 4.02, the Council Policy Manual addresses the rules and procedures regarding Council Meeting Agendas; and On November 3, 2025, the Mayor requested revisions to Council Policy 4.02; and Staff was directed to revise Council Policy 4.02 to add a requirement that Council Meetings adjourn no later than 11:00 PM; and At the November 18, 2025, City Council meeting, changes were requested to the process for members to add items to future agendas; and On December 2, 2025, Mayor requested revisions to allow Councilmembers to add items to future agenda items during Administrative Matters; and Staff made the requested changes consistent with the Mayor’s recommendation to Council; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STOCKTON, AS FOLLOWS:
The City Council approves the revisions to City Council Policy 4.02 entitled “Agendas” attached hereto as Exhibit 1 and incorporated by this reference. //

The City Manager is hereby authorized to take appropriate and necessary actions to carry out the purpose and intent of this Resolution.
