STOCKTON CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF INDUSTRIAL WASTE COLLECTOR PERMIT Stockton Municipal Code Sections 8.04.290 and 8.04.300 provide that an industrial waste collector must have a permit to conduct business; and Such permit is to be issued upon a majority vote of the City Council; and GreenWaste of Central Valley, LLC has submitted its application and paid a fee of $100,000 for the issuance of a permit for the collection of industrial waste; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STOCKTON, AS FOLLOWS:
The City Council hereby issues an industrial waste collector permit, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 1 and is incorporated by this reference to GreenWaste of Central Valley, LLC.
The City Manager is hereby authorized to take whatever actions are necessary and appropriate to carry out the purpose and intent of this Resolution.
