RESOLUTION TO CREATE A NEW CLASSIFIED/REPRESENTED CLASS SPECIFICATION OF SENIOR GRAFFITI ABATEMENT TECHNICIAN FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND APPROVE THE PROPOSED SALARY RANGE It is necessary to establish a new classification of Senior Graffiti Abatement Technician to provide lead oversight of the Police Department’s graffiti abatement program; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STOCKTON, AS FOLLOWS:
1. The new classified/represented class specification is hereby created with the salary approved as follows:

2. The Director of Human Resources is hereby directed to prepare the appropriate class specification in accordance with section 2.36.080 of the Stockton Municipal Code.
3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to take necessary and appropriate actions to carry out the purpose and intent of this Resolution.
