STOCKTON CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH JAYNE PRODUCTS FOR A TOTAL NOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT OF $816,500 TO PURCHASE STRUVITE INHIBITOR AND REMOVAL PRODUCTS AT THE REGIONAL WASTEWATER CONTROL FACILITY The Stockton Municipal Utilities Department (MUD) manages, operates, and maintains the Stockton Regional Wastewater Control Facility, which is comprised of several treatment processes, including several anaerobic digesters and a centrifuge biosolids dewatering process which includes pipes, tanks, pumps, valves, and mixers; and The dewatering process can create struvite, a crystalline mineral that causes build-up and blocks pipes. Additionally, the specifications were sent to prospective bidders via Ask Stockton; and On Thursday, November 13, 2025, the City Clerk received two sealed bids; and The bid submitted by Jayne Products, of Carson, California, was regular in all aspects; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STOCKTON, AS FOLLOWS:
