STOCKTON CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION REMOVING AND APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE WATER ADVISORY GROUP Pursuant to Council Policy 3.04.01(c), Councilmember Villapudua is removing Jamie Guerrero from the Water Advisory Group; and Due to the removal of Jamie Guerrero, a vacancy exists on the Water Advisory Group and Having reviewed the active applications on file, Councilmember Villapudua has nominated William Dearmond to fill the vacancy; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STOCKTON, AS FOLLOWS:
Jamie Guerrero is removed from the Water Advisory Group pursuant to Council Policy 3.04.0(c) William Dearmond is hereby appointed to the Water Advisory Group, for a term effective immediately, and ending on January 31, 2027.
