STOCKTON CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FISCAL YEAR 2025-26 ADOPTED BUDGET AND AUTHORIZING ANY AMENDMENTS TO THE BUDGET City Council adopted the Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-26 Annual Budget on June 24, 2025, following a duly noticed budget study session and a public hearing; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STOCKTON, AS FOLLOWS:
Accepts this report on the status of the FY 2025-26 Adopted Budget, which is now available for posting on the City of Stockton website; Accepts the FY 2025-26 Adopted Budget document with any adjustments approved by the City Council at its March 3, 2026, meeting; and, It is further recommended that the City Manager be authorized to take appropriate and necessary actions to carry out the purpose and intent of the Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED March 3, 2026 .
