SUBJECT: AMENDMENT #1 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH STLR CORP (DBA RYLAND
STRATEGIC BUSINESS CONSULTING) FOR FINANCIAL CONSULTING
SERVICES
On April 1st, 2025, the Administrative Servies Department entered into an agreement with STLR Corp, OBA Ryland Strategic Business Consulting for financial consulting services. STLR Corp has assigned Matthew Nethaway to provide Interim Chief Financial Officer services. This agreement provides necessary expertise in relation to workload demands and ensuring continued high-quality financial management to the Administrative Services Department.
The original agreement included an initial one (1) year term, with an option to renew for one (1) year; however, the total length of the agreement shall not exceed one (1) year.
The Administrative Services Department, in agreement with STLR Corp, wishes to amend the current agreement's language to allow for the total term length of the agreement to not exceed two (2) years.
This amendment will have no fiscal impact on the Administrative Services Department or the City of Stockton.
