Do not include it in the technical proposal response. Provide a detailed basic fee structure and breakdown of any other charges related to your firm’s proposal as specified. Finalist’s fee structure may be subject to negotiation.
Fee summary
We understand fair fees are a priority for the City. With this in mind, we have carefully chosen a team that combines technical expertise with extensive public sector experience. Our primary objective is to deliver the highest quality service to the City at a competitive price. Throughout the entire process, our team of dedicated professionals will be at your service, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Plante Moran is committed to investing in our relationship with the City as we both share the common goal of supporting the communities the City serves. As a good faith gesture of our willingness to invest in our relationship with the City, we will not bill the City for any travel-related costs.
The table below shows the number of estimated hours and hourly rates for each year under contract. As part of our ongoing partnership with the City of Stockton, Plante Moran is pleased to offer a fee for Year 1 that matches the prior year’s fee. This reflects our commitment to invest in your organization and support a seamless transition, with no additional charges for onboarding, travel, or related expenses.
For Years 2 and 3, fees will be adjusted at a rate consistent with historical fee increases.
We anticipate significant senior leadership and experienced staff involvement in this engagement. We expect the following allocation of hours by role.
