STOCKTON CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION ADOPTING A REVISED CITY COUNCIL POLICY CHAPTER 4.02, AGENDAS Chapter 4.03, the Council Policy Manual addresses the rules and procedures regarding Council Meeting Schedule and Location; and The Mayor requested revisions to Council Policy 4.03; and Staff were directed to revise Council Policy 4.03 to change the start time of the Council meeting from 5:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., and add a Closed Session start time to be held either before or after the regular meeting.
Staff made the requested changes consistent with the Mayor’s recommendation to Council; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STOCKTON, AS FOLLOWS:
The City Council approves the revisions to City Council Policy 4.03 entitled “Schedule and Location” attached hereto as Exhibit 1 and incorporated by this reference.
The City Manager is hereby authorized to take appropriate and necessary actions to carry out the purpose and intent of this Resolution.
