STOCKTON CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE SAN JOAQUIN REGIONAL TRANSIT DISTRICT BOARD As of February 23, 2026, one vacancy exists on the San Joaquin Regional Transit District due to the resignation of Commissioner Gary Giovanetti; and The term for this position will begin immediately upon appointment and end June 30, 2028; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STOCKTON, AS FOLLOWS:
1. The City Council hereby appoints to serve on the San Joaquin Regional Transit District Board for a term commencing immediately upon appoint, and expiring June 30, 2028.
