RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION TO THE 2024 WASTEWATER RATE STUDY EXHIBIT 2 TO RESOLUTION NO. 2024-11-12-1605 Following the 2024 Wastewater Rate Study and the public hearing held on November 12, 2024, the City Council by Resolution No. 202411121605, adopted the 2024 Wastewater Rate Study and the maximum wastewater service charges and effective dates; and The rates for Multi-family Residential units within the City and outside of the City in Exhibit 2 to Resolution No. 202411121605 effective July 1, 2025, were listed at $54.78 and $49.14 per month; and After the adoption of the new rates and their effective dates, an error was discovered in the monthly wastewater rates associated with Multi-family Residential units listed in Exhibit 2 of the Resolution; and On August 12, 2025, Council approved Resolution 202508121214, correcting the monthly wastewater rates associated with Multi-family Residential units within the City and outside of the City, effective July 1, 2025, for Fiscal Year 2025-2026; and To ensure that the rates are correct through Fiscal Year 2028-2029, Exhibit 2 requires additional correction; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STOCKTON, AS FOLLOWS:
The City Council approves the administrative correction to Exhibit 2 of Resolution No. 2024-11-12-1605 (Exhibit 1). //

The City Manager is hereby authorized to take whatever actions are necessary and appropriate to carry out the purpose and intent of this Resolution.
