CITY OF STOCKTON
STANDARD AGREEMENT AMENDMENT
This Amendment Number 1 to the above-referenced Agreement is entered into on 7/14/2026 between the City of Stockton (“City”) and Axon Enterprises, “Contractor”.
RECITALS
Section 9 Statement of Work of the Axon Master Services and Purchasing Agreement states statement of work details Axon’s Service deliverables, and the parties must document scope changes in a written and signed change order; and

ection 9 Statement of Work of the Axon Master Services and Purchasing Agreement states that changes may require an equitable adjustment to fees or the schedule, and that the statement of work is incorporated into this agreement by reference.
Section 19.12, Entire Agreement, of the Axon Master Services and Purchasing Agreement states that this agreement will supersede all prior agreements, written or oral, regarding its subject matter. The Agreement can only be modified or amended in writing, signed by the parties.
The City needs to increase the Compensation, Not to Exceed amount in Section 9 Statement of Work of the Axon Master Services and Purchasing Agreement based on the original five-year Q-771226-45964BM by $1,478,271.40 per attached quote Q -860255-46170TS to pay for the Contractor to provide Prepared 911 ACT Renewal and Prepared 911 ANET.
Now therefore, the City and the Contractor mutually agree as follows:
1. The maximum not to exceed amount to be paid to the Contractor, including, if authorized, will now read as follows:
Initial Term: th e maximum not to exceed amount is $7,799,772.82 Extended Term: the maximum not to exceed amount is $1,478,271.40 Total maximum compensation to be paid to the Contractor under this Agreement for the initial term and the extended term shall not exceed $9,278,044.22
