STOCKTON CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING VOTING DELEGATES FOR THE LEAGUE OF CALIFORNIA CITIES ANNUAL CONFERENCE TO BE HELD SEPTEMBER 23-25, 2026, IN ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA The League of California Cities will host their Annual Conference September 23-25, 2026, in Anaheim, California, at the Anaheim Convention Center; and The League of California Cities bylaws require that each voting member City, by Council action, designate one voting member; and The City of Stockton Council Policy 2.05 states that the Mayor shall present for Council consideration a Resolution designating the Voting Delegate; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STOCKTON, AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor hereby appoints Councilmember Michael Blower to serve as the City’s Voting Delegate.
Authorizes the City Clerk to submit the League of California Cities 2026 Voting Delegate Form on behalf of the City.
Authorizes the City Manager to take all necessary and appropriate actions to carry out the intent of this resolution.
