6. REPORT OF ACTION TAKEN IN CLOSED SESSION
Marci Arredondo, City Attorney reported the city council in closed session voted unanimously with Councilmember Ponce absent, to appoint Donald Larkin of Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP as Interim City Attorney effective August 6, 2026. Larkin will be compensated in accordance with the rates established under the legal services agreement approved via Resolution No. 04-0015.
