CALL TO ORDER
Chair Hopkins called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
Pursuant to Government Code Subdivision 54953(e), the meeting was conducted telephonically; pursuant to state law, the City Council made the necessary findings by adopting Resolution No. 1089-21, reaffirmed on November 16, 2021.

Commissioner Bratton moved and Vice Chair Gaudenti seconded the motion to approve the Draft Heritage Preservation Commission Meeting Minutes of October 6, 2021, as submitted.
Commissioner Caroompas was not available during this vote.

MOTION:
Commissioner Sharma moved and Commissioner Bratton seconded the motion that the Commission has reviewed and acknowledged the Annual Review of Ethics and Conduct for Elected and Appointed Officials.

STANDING ITEM: CONSIDERATION OF POTENTIAL STUDY ISSUES
Commissioner Caroompas asked whether Commissioner Sharma would be pursuing a previously mentioned study issue regarding oral histories with long time Sunnyvale residents and Commissioner Sharma noted that she had learned that there are online resources of Sunnyvale residents captured on media entitled, “Sunnyvale Voices” at the Sunnyvale Heritage Park Museum and would not be replicating this work. Commissioner Caroompas asked staff about how to propose a study issue for preserving Sunnyvale Little League fields. Mr. Schroeder noted where the study issue nomination process could be found on the City website for consideration in 2022.

Chair Hopkins also thanked Commissioner Wu for his service.
