RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
O F S U N N Y V A L E F I X I N G T H E D A Y S A N D T I M E F O R REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS FOR 2022
WHEREAS, Section 608 of the Sunnyvale City Charter provides that the City Council shall hold regular meetings at least two times a month, and further provides that the times for such shall be fixed by ordinance or resolution; and
WHEREAS, on November 16, 2004, to change the start time of council meeting to encourage more public input and participation, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 141-04 which provides that regular monthly meetings of the Council shall be held at least two Tuesdays each month at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Sunnyvale, California, or at other locations to which the Council may adjourn within the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SUNNYVALE THAT the regular City Council meetings shall be held starting at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Sunnyvale, California, on the dates specified in Exhibit A of this Resolution, for the Council Meetings occurring in 2023 and through February 2024.
