23-0881 PRESENTATION - Purview and Study/Budget Issue Process Director of Library and Recreation Services, Michelle Perera spoke about the Study Issue Process. Highlights included: Board and Commission bylaws, workplans, Study Issue timeline and Study Issue Proposal Form.
