order to reach Sunnyvale's 2030 greenhouse gas reduction goal, the City must also achieve Play 2.2: Support electrification of existing buildings. Garne Plan 2028, currently in development, is the next work plan for implementing Sunnyvale's Playbook. The draft of this plan and preliminary forecasting, showsthat the City must support residents in electrification through incentiveprograms and education.
