Planning Officer Shaunn Mendrin announced that the adoption of an urgency interim ordinance pertaining to rezoning will be considered at the Planning Commission meeting of January 22, 2024 and at the City Council meeting of January 30, 2024.
Planning Officer Mendrin informed the Planning Commissioners that on January 9, 2024, the City Council will consider an amendment to the Code of Ethics and Conduct for Elected and Appointed Officials. Chair Pyne added that this amendment pertains to remote public comment during Oral Communications.
Planning Officer Mendrin advised the Planning Commissioners that the City Council will review study issues on January 23, 2024.
Planning Officer Mendrin noted that a Strategic Planning workshop will be conducted at the City Council meeting of January 25, 2024.
Planning Officer Mendrin stated that the City Council will hold a Study Issue workshop on February 15, 2024.
