A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SUNNYVALE AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1151-22,
THE CITY’S SALARY RESOLUTION, TO INCREASE
SALARIES FOR THE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL
PLANT DIVISION MANAGER AND WATER POLLUTION
CONTROL OPERATIONS MANAGER CLASSIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Sunnyvale and the Sunnyvale Managers Association (“SMA”) and past practice, amendments to the pay plan schedule and employee benefits must be included in the City’s Salary Resolution; WHEREAS, the Human Resources department conducted a salary survey and recommends increasing the salaries for the Water Pollution Control Operations Manager and Water
Pollution Control Plant Division Manager.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SUNNYVALE T
HAT:
1. Resolution No. 1151-22 is hereby amended by amending the pay rates in Pay Plan Category E, as set forth in Exhibit “A” attached and incorporated by reference, to implement the changes described in this Resolution on the effective dates set forth in Exhibit “A”.
2. All other provisions of Resolution No. 1151-22 shall remain in full force and effect.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Sunnyvale at a regular meeting held on September 10, 2024, by the following vote:
