Board Member Lesher attended the September 18 meeting and arrived approximately five minutes late for the September 20 meeting. The September 20, 2023 Personnel Board meeting lasted three minutes, causing Board Member Lesher’s late arrival to be categorized as an unexcused absence. Given the circumstances of that single unexcused absence, the City Clerk will not be declaring that seat vacant as that would be inconsistent with the intent of the policy.
