Call to Order
Mayor Klein called the meeting to order at 6:06 p.m.

Vice Mayor Srinivasan participated via teleconference from Courtyard by Marriott Tampa Downtown, Courtyard Ballroom, 102 East Cass Street, Tampa, FL 33602.
Councilmember Melton participated remotely in the meeting under the “Just Cause” provision of the California Government Code Section 54953(j)(2).
Councilmember Cisneros’ absence is excused.
