SUBJECT: Correction in Background Narrative RTC 24-0404
The RTC 24-0404 that was include in the Council Packet for the November 19 Council Meeting listed incorrect information in the Background and Discussion section.
The background information related to the award of the original contract needs to be corrected.
The third sentence in the first paragraph should be updated to read: (Changes are in Bold)
For this package, Council awarded a construction contract to Ranger Pipelines, Inc. in the amount of $27,475,000, and approved a 10% contingency in the amount of $2,745,400 on August 10, 2021 (RTC No. 21-0756).
All other information in the Discussion, Fiscal Impact, and Staff Recommendation is correct and not affected by this change.
