1. Approve an Inclement Weather Hotel Pilot Program and related Amendment to the WeHOPE contract; and approve Budget Modification No. 11 in the Amount of $73,184, and authorize the City Manager to approve up to two additional years if the pilot is successful and funding is available.
2. Alternative 1 with modifications.
3. Do not pursue an Inclement Weather Hotel Program and do not amend the existing WeHOPE Services Agreement.
