Standing committees exist with a set membership unless and until modified by the Council. d. External IGR Appointments: Appointments made to local intergovernmental agencies. The appointments below are those where the agency's bylaws require a City Representative and appointment is made by Council action. Councilmembers may express their interest for any assignment however should note that agencies strongly encourage cities appoint the same representative annually for continuity.
